While building a technology company in 2009, my bookkeeper walked into my office on a Friday afternoon and said, "Dale, you don't have enough money to cover payroll in two weeks."

I had 48 employees in eleven states.

Running out of cash is a deathblow for any company.

I went to work like a dateless cheerleader a week before prom and created a simple system to help me locate every penny in my business. It also gave me the control I needed to rescue the company and make a deposit only fifteen minutes before payroll was due.

Because it worked so well, I shared this system with family and friends to help them get their personal finances in order.

From there came invitations to do workshops at churches, speak at civic clubs, and even write a book.

Mentorship360.net was born from many Q & A sessions after seminars and speaking events, and coaching conversations during the years since my near financial catastrophe.

What Happened To The Money?

My bookkeeper stole it via the payroll system and our company credit card. She was unceremoniously fired. We worked through the problems it caused and went on to build an $8 million dollar success.
